How much does it cost to join Agent House?
License Fee just £199 per month.
Is there a minimum term I need to sign-up?
There is no minimum term, this is your business. Our B2B agreement is on a monthly rolling basis.
What documents do I need to sign-up with Agent House?
You will need a your company number or self-employee number.
Your passport or ID card or driving license, proof of address (e.g. utility bill) and a professional profile picture.
Copy of your PI (Professional Indemnity with a minimum cover of £100,000).
Copy of your PL (Public Liability with a minimum cover of ££1,000,000).
Copies of a Redress Scheme (TPO or PRS) and Data Protection (ICO).
AML if company.
How much will the insurance and other memberships cost?
As insurance premiums have a trend to change quite frequently and depends on an individual circumstances therefore we cannot provide an exact figure but in most cases PI & PL insurances would start at £180 per annum or approx £20 per month with estimated annual income of around £50k. PRS scheme membership starts approx at £105 per annum.
ICO registration cost is approx £40 per annum depending on the size and number of people.
Agent House has exclusive discounts for our partner agents with PRS and Hiscox.
Will I be limited to a certain patch area?
No. From previous experience most of new instructions come from recommendations.
What happens if I get recommended outside of my patch area?
If it is too far away for you to provide your services then you can choose to refer the instruction to a partner agent in that area and split the commission.
Will every partner agent in AH see my properties and my client details?
No. All your data on the platform is private, only you and your operation manager will have access to it.
Will I have to work in an office?
No. You are free to choose where you operate from.
Can I join if I don’t have any experience?
No. For the time being to join AH you should have at least 2 years experience in property, lettings, sales, property management. If you hold a Technical Award Level 3 or above in Property mark Qualification for sales or lettings or similar, your application will be considered individually.
Do I need any industry qualifications (ARLA/NAEA)?
No but professionalism and knowledge is the key to provide the best service to your clients.
